Before making your reservation, please take a moment to read the following information: Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. These times allow us to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for incoming guests. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Mandatory Guest Registration: In accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests, including children, must provide their identification documents prior to arrival for the mandatory traveller registration. On Foot Thanks to its exceptional beachfront location, you can leave your car behind for most of your holiday. From the private garden, you have direct access to the seafront promenade, where you can enjoy pleasant walks along the Mediterranean to Caleta de Vélez, Torre del Mar, Algarrobo Costa and Mezquitilla. Along the promenade you will find beautiful beaches, traditional beach bars (chiringuitos), restaurants, cafés, playgrounds and a wide variety of leisure facilities, all within easy walking distance. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, the marina and fishing port, and many other everyday services are also just a short walk away. By Car The villa includes one private parking space within the gated residential complex. The nearby A-7 motorway provides fast and convenient access to the entire Costa del Sol and the rest of Andalusia, making day trips easy and comfortable. Public Transport Bus stops are located just a few minutes from the villa, with regular services connecting Málaga, Nerja, Vélez-Málaga and other nearby towns. From Málaga María Zambrano High-Speed Rail (AVE) Station, approximately 35–40 minutes by car, you can travel quickly to cities such as Córdoba, Seville, Madrid and Barcelona using Spain's excellent high-speed train network. Airport Málaga-Costa del Sol International Airport is located approximately 40 km away and can be reached in around 35 to 40 minutes via the motorway.
